ABC-Amega is committed to the safety and well-bring of our employees and their families. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned the majority of our staff to work remotely in 2020. Interview and obtain on-the-job training while working from home – in Buffalo, New York – or elsewhere.
We also provide hybrid work opportunities. Employees may book a workstation in our downtown Buffalo office, secure our conference room to meet with coworkers, or request a private office spot for the day.

Working from home is also great, as well as the option to go into the office and collaborate with others when needed.

Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical/dental/vision healthcare – close to 70% paid by ABC-Amega, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement. We also offer up to 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) in your first full year*, which includes sick time and vacation time. This is in addition to paid holidays and a paid day off for your birthday!
*PTO is accrued, so the amount earned in your first year is dependent on the month in which you were hired.
