THE MENTAL
HEALTH
C~ALITION

Working together to end the devastating stigma surrounding today’s most prevalent public health crisis.

Never miss an important mental health update.

We have all felt like a
square peg in a round hole.

The common feeling that we don’t fit in, like we don’t belong, or when we just feel different to everyone else. It’s a feeling that manifests itself in varying degrees of severity, affecting hundreds of millions of people globally.

In fact, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lives. That means 4 in 4 people are significantly impacted directly, or indirectly through someone they know. When we all accept each other’s differences, everyone fits.

RESOURCE LIBRARY

The Mental Health Coalition’s Resource Library is made available by our alliance of the leading mental health organizations. We encourage you to browse this comprehensive, searchable database to learn about mental health, help a loved one, learn coping skills and seek support.

The conversation surrounding mental health has become increasingly important, as the past few years have highlighted the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities. Specifically, individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) or as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) have often encountered distinct barriers when seeking mental health support. Recognizing the critical need for inclusive and culturally affirming support, we aim to provide custom resources for mental health exploration and healing within these communities.
